This is a hands-on training that is focused on helping participants develop their skills, unique style and therapeutic presence. The majority of the time will be devoted to experiential learning, including analyzing videos of live sessions, practicing with each other and doing exercises that are designed to promote personal reflection. Participants will be asked to learn some of the theoretical material at home through watching videos recorded in a previous training.

Training includes 40 hours live instruction time and 14 hours on video.

This training combines 5 virtual meetings and 4 three-day-long in-person meetings:

• 5 days of Virtual meetings will be held Thursday mornings from 8:00 am to 11:00 am PST via zoom:
  - Dates: 02/27, 03/06, 03/13, 03/20, 03/27 | Virtual meetings will be recorded for participants.
• 4 days of in-person trainings will be held at Sacred Streams in Berkeley on:
  - Friday - Monday April 11-14th, 2025 from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm PST (Monday's training will end at 4:30 pm.)
